POSITION TITLE: Custodial Technician

REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Under the direct supervision of the Property Operations Manager, the Custodial Technician is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of The LineUp grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Sweep and maintain grounds to keep areas clean and orderly
• Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles regularly
• Clear brush and trim shrubs around various parts of the property
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including worksites and equipment
• Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms and showers
• Clean and service custodial equipment as needed
• Perform minor repairs on furniture, buildings, and equipment
• Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support overall property operations

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous custodial and grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Working knowledge of methods, techniques, and materials used in custodial work
• Familiarity with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies

Working Conditions / Physical requirements

• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling and digging
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
